Why did I receive my order in more than 1 package?
We use various suppliers and fulfilment warehouses to hold the stock. This means, that sometimes, items will be arriving in separate packages as they are dispatched directly from them. Delivery will still be up to 14 working days unless otherwise stated.
Why did my order arrive in an Amazon package?
Amazon is one of the largest fulfilment centre. We have partnered with several trade suppliers who use this fulfilment centre to hold large amounts of their stock, and will dispatch directly from there.
This is a benefit for our customers, as it ensures that items are delivered within our delivery timescale.
Why was my ordered cancelled?
We try to fulfil each order we receive, but on rare occasions, we may be unable to do so.
Should that happen, we will inform you as soon as possible via email, and we will aim to include the reason for the cancellation. A refund will also be processed at the same time we send out the update.

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel anytime up until the order has been dispatched. After this time, we cannot guarantee if a cancellation is possible. Please e-mail us as firstname.lastname@example.org

I have changed my mind and want to return my item. If you wish to return a product, then please contact us at email@example.com to ask for the returns address. Returns are at your own cost.
My item is damaged. If the product received is damaged, then please get in touch, sending us pictures & details of the damage. We will then send a pre-paid postage label.
Please note - without proof of damage WE WILL NOT start the returns/refund process.
Personalised items CAN NOT be returned unless damaged on arrival or spelling errors made by the company. **PLEASE NOTE** If you have entered any details for your items and you have mis-spelt them, then a refund will not be issued.
We will be able to offer a full refund if contacted within 14 days of receiving your items.
Please allow 3-7 working days for any refunds to be processed.
