Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, incorrectly ordered bespoke/personalised items cannot be returned for any refund.
Luxury Furniture Collection
As this collection is based on bespoke products, made as per order, or limited stock, they cannot be cancelled, unless it's within 48hrs of purchase.
Refunds for these products are limited to faulty/damaged items only. Please ensure, dimensions are checked carefully before purchase.
Please Note: The furniture is exclusively handcrafted with no veneers or laminations whatsoever hence do expect minor variations in sizes, finish, fabric, texture, colour, knots, grain pattern, timber movement or specifications. These are an integral part of the natural occurrences of the timber along with rustic & handmade nature of the offered products and are NOT constituted as defects.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll advice on the instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns are at your own cost unless it is faulty or damaged ( see below ).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
Pictures of the damage must be sent to us, so that we can evaluate the issue and send a pre-paid postage label, if the return is accepted.
Please note - without proof of damage WE WILL NOT start the returns/refund process. This will then cause a delay or the return will be cancelled.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
On sale items, returns will be accepted on a discretionary basis and will be advised to you accordingly.
We will be able to offer a full refund if you have contacted us within the 14 days of receiving your items.
Any refund, will not exceed the purchase price, and will include any delivery fees.
You will be refunded back onto your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 working days for any refund to be processed, and equal amount of time for it to show within your payment method.
Also please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund from their side.
We do not accept exchanges on any item.
